Bella’s Story

Bella is a six-year-old Mastiff, Retriever, and Lab mix who is ready to find a family of her own. She has settled into foster care beautifully and has quickly shown her foster family what a wonderful companion she can be. With her easygoing nature and excellent manners, Bella is ready to begin the next chapter of her story.

Personality

Bella is affectionate, social, and wonderfully goofy. She loves both giving and receiving affection and is happiest when she gets to spend time with her people. Her expressive face, enormous ears, and big, curious eyes seem to have a personality all their own, and she has a knack for making the people around her laugh throughout the day. Bella is also an energetic girl who occasionally gets the zoomies—and watching her enjoy herself is half the fun.

Life in Foster Care

Bella is a well-mannered dog who has settled comfortably into the routines of foster life. She enjoys being around people and does wonderfully with children and other animals she meets. She’s equally happy receiving affection from her people or getting outside to burn off some of her energy. Bella’s playful personality and hilarious expressions bring plenty of joy to everyday life, and there’s rarely a dull moment when she’s around.

Learning & Growing

Bella has already mastered many of the skills that make life together easier. She’s kennel trained, has excellent manners, and is comfortable around children and other animals. She’s also up to date on her vaccinations and has been altered. As an active adult dog, she’ll continue to benefit from regular exercise, opportunities to explore, and the chance to keep using both her body and her curious mind.

Bella would love an active family who can keep up with her enthusiasm for life. She’s looking for people who enjoy getting outside, sharing adventures, and having an affectionate companion by their side. At the end of an active day, Bella will be just as happy to settle in with her people and soak up some affection.
